Session Three: “The How Do We Know?” Formative and Summative Assessment - Bismarck

This is a series of connected seminars, though each session can stand alone. To register go to http://ndcurriculuminitiative.org. One graduate credit will be made available for each session through NDSU (pending). 

Session three focuses on effective assessment practices (The How Do We Know), including:
 Research-based formative assessment strategies for classroom instruction
 Increasing knowledge around summative assessments
 The power of common assessments
 An exploration of how assessment data is used to improve practices
