Utilize Dr. Richard DuFour’s Professional Learning Community (PCL) model for building and sustaining a highly productive school climate focused on student learning. Practical information and strategies from the required text will be shared and discussed for application into your current situation. Participants will explore the efficiency of developing a systemic school approach for creating conversations that lead to effective and purposeful team work.
