Biography

My experience in education started when my children were young. My first introduction in the education field was as a parent volunteer. It has been many years since that beginning but climbed the ladder over the years to become a principal. Education is complicated and with NCLB we are more accountable than before. Most of my experience has been in a Tribal School. My employment has been twenty years in the system. Being a parent first, than a teacher, a team leader, then principal. Additional experience includes being on the North Dakota Indian Education Association board for twenty years.
