Biography
I have a master’s degree in educational administration with 15 years’ experience teaching English at the secondary level and 3 years’ experience teaching English at the university level. I developed the North Dakota teacher mentoring program, and I am in the third year of coordinating this program. I wrote the North Dakota Mentor Training Manual, a document that can be used for training mentors as well as cooperating teachers in a pre-service teacher program.
